Statement of Position — Institutional Harm and Available Exit

This statement evaluates observable conduct and present conditions. It does not depend on unverified claims or hidden mechanisms.
The subject remains within an institutional structure that has produced ongoing, documented harm to multiple individuals, including those under his direct or indirect spiritual authority.
Repeated opportunities for exit, restructuring, or protective intervention have not resulted in departure or meaningful correction of these harms.
At present, the subject has no formal criminal charges. Accordingly:
– there is no known legal prohibition on travel
– there is no court-imposed restriction requiring him to remain
– exit remains, in principle, available
Public allegations exist in external discourse. Their legal status is undetermined. If formal proceedings emerge in the future, the ability to exit voluntarily may be reduced or eliminated.
Therefore, the current moment represents a limited window in which departure can occur by choice rather than compulsion.
The core finding is unchanged:
Remaining within the structure continues to produce harm.
This conclusion rests on:

– selective application of fiduciary duty
– continued exposure of dependent individuals to reputational and relational harm
– failure to take available exit pathways
An alternative has been explicitly offered:

– direct accountability without spectacle
– repair-oriented work outside the enabling structure
